Booking: All service bookings must be confirmed in writing via phone, email, or our online contact form. A callout fee may apply depending on the service type and distance.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of £25. Cancellations made with less notice may incur the full service charge.
No-show: If you are not available at the scheduled time without prior notice, a no-show fee of £50 will be charged.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments, and other agreed payment methods.
Invoicing: Invoices will be provided upon completion of services. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Late Payment: Unpaid invoices after 30 days may incur a late payment fee of £5 per week.
Disclaimer: While we take every care to prevent data loss or damage, we cannot guarantee the complete safety of your data. We recommend backing up your data before any repair work.
Warranty: All repair work comes with a 30-day warranty against faulty workmanship. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or water damage.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damage or loss is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
