How much does it cost for X?
All our services are charged at £40 for the base callout which includes the first hour. Any additional hours quoted are charged at £20 per hour. You will never pay more than your quote!
How quickly can you complete a service?
Timing varies based on bookings in the calendar however it’s usually next day!
Can I choose when you come?
Absolutely! When getting a quote and confirming the services you can choose an available date and time from the calendar!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Debit or Credit Card, Bank Transfers or Cash!
If something goes wrong after you leave do I have to pay for you to fix it again?
If the service was completed and an issue arises that was not due to user error then you will not be charged for us to come back out!
Do you offer any discounts?
Anyone who is in receipt of a qualified government benefit that is happy to provide proof of eligibility will receive 25% off all services.
Additionally, those aged 65 or over can get 20% off all services.
We also offer a referral program where if you recommend us to someone you can get 5% of your next service!
